Subject: information on our extended producer responsibility (EPR) obligations

Dear Partners,
For several months, we have been actively preparing the entry into force of the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR).
For all construction products and materials invoiced from May 1, 2023, manufacturers and distributors who place them on the market will be required to pay the corresponding financial contribution to the eco-organizations.
BANIDES is a member of the eco-organization VALOBAT under the unique identifier (IDU). This is available on request from our services. This IDU attests to BANIDES' compliance with its extended producer responsibility obligations mentioned in article L.541-10 of the Environmental Code for the categories of building products and materials (PMCB). We therefore undertake to declare all the items concerned to the chosen organization.
We have established, and put at your disposal via the FAB-DIS tool, the list of articles concerned by this new obligation. You will find it in the regulatory tab under the code CONTRIB / PMBC. We have included under refs. 805 017 as well as 1 102 001 (references scale of the eco-organism) all the codes impacted by indicating, on the line, the corresponding contribution in Euros.
In the next few weeks, we will be able to pass on and display the corresponding ecocontribution.
